Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. When you downgrade, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

How does yearly billing work?

When you choose yearly billing, you pay for 12 months upfront at a discounted rate. Your subscription renews annually. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time. The switch takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens when I downgrade or cancel my plan?

When your current billing period ends, your account switches to the lower plan and features exclusive to your previous plan will no longer be accessible. Your data is kept safe — you'll regain access to it if you upgrade again.

Is my billing information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your subscription settings. Once cancelled, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period, after which you'll be moved to the free plan.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't issue refunds for partial months or unused time on upgrades. If you have exceptional circumstances, please reach out to our support team and we'll do our best to help.
